How the service is delivered

Our facilities services are performed by our team in person, including cleaning and upkeep, building maintenance, and concierge and reception support. Coordination and support are provided remotely as needed.

The service is delivered at Avenida Francisco De Santa Maria, 146, LOJA 02 - Parque Colonial, Sao Paulo - SP, 03968-000, at the location set out in your contract, or remotely, as agreed with you.

Scheduling

After you contact us, we schedule the appointments and service dates with you.

Any access arrangements for your property are agreed in advance and recorded in your quote or contract.
